Personal Information
More information on Page 2 I have been in the real estate business since July, 2002. Before that I was an electrical engineer, working as an electrical contractor. I owned my own business for 14 years, and before that, I was Vice President of a large electrical construction company for over 20 years. It is this deeply ingrained background that I bring to real estate. I lead my clients through the entire process. I am with them from the time they start looking for a piece of property all the way through negotiations on the property until the contract is accepted and closed. My work finds me delving into both commercial and residential real estate - "two different worlds". There are different challenges in each and I enjoy being able to meet with people, solve their problems and meet their needs. I work with clients to help them make drawings and submit them to the proper building departments as necessary. Because of my engineering background, I am able to take a client through every step of the planning process including variances through the zoning boards. I compare the process of coordinating the follow-up work, including working with mortgage companies, title companies and banks, to being a quarterback. I am calling the plays; I coordinate everything and everybody. Everybody is not necessarily always on the same schedule as the client. Real estate is not about working toward a one-time sale with a client, it's about building relationships over a lifetime, relationships that lead to future business from an individual and to referrals from his or her family and friends. I offer professional service with a personal touch. That is what sets me apart from other agents, I work for my clients! weisbergerrealtor.com

Testimonials
This letter is to recommend S. Marvin Weisberger for your real estate needs. As an out of state Executrix of my father's estate, I was recently assisted by Mr. Weisberger in the sale of my father's property in Ohio. He was attentive to detail, candid and forthright, and gave sound advice. He checked on the house regularly and quickly handled any problems relating to the house such as a water leak, malfunctioning door lock and furnace problem. He always returned my phone calls in a timely fashion and kept me updated on real estate activity at regular intervals. He maintained contact with my estate attorney in Cincinnati and my trust in Mr.Weisberger was well founded. We maintained a mutually respectful realtionship by phone from the time of the listing to time of sale.

As a full time real estate investor it is important to have a team of experts to help you through the process of buying a property. One of those very important team members was Marvin Weisberger. I had the pleasrue of meeting Marvin when he was the listing agent on a previous real estate transaction that I was interested in. When I found another property in Ohio that I wanted to make an offer on Marvin was who I called. Several times Marvin went above and beyond what is expected and required of a real estate agent. On this particular transaction Marvin, at his own expense, drove over four hours to the property location to personally inspect the property and talk to the existing management team. This required an overnight stay. He then was able to give his opinion before I spent any money to fly out (especially since I was 8 months pregnant at the time). He even sent me a gift for my new son. This particular transaction was the purchase of a 57 unit apartment complex. It ended up being extremely complex, stressful, and time consuming (seven months to be exact). Marvin was able to guide me through the transaction. Marvin was always on top of things that needed to be addressed. He also returned my phone calls promptly which is very important to me. He alThrough this long ordeal Marvin ended up being a good friend. Sometimes we would call just to check up on each other it if had been more than two or three days since we had spoken.
