The Samuel Reed Masonic Lodge constructed in 1884 and designed by AIA Cincinnati founding member architect A.C Nash. The design is a sister building to the Hoffner Lodge in Northside, Ohio. Featured in the 1992 film Lost in Yonkers, this building is a Ludlow Architectural Landmark and was originally constructed as a first floor general store with a Masonic Lodge above. Original stained glass, wood trim, doors with transoms, hardware, and trap doors throughout second and third floors. In the 1920's the upper floors were converted into apartments and the first floor eventually became Farrell's Pharmacy. Today the building layout consists of a double storefront with basement below for storage, 4 units on the 2 floors above. 2 of the units are turnkey (1 currently rented) and 2 units are ready to be transformed.
